Merry Christmas 2009!!

This year my whole family was together for the holidays and I was thrilled to host the non stop party at my house.

Whenever my family gets together it is nothing but good times.
Last night we had our first annual Ugly Sweater Christmas Eve Party.
We got a little crazy. ;)

I've heard that if your hand is bigger than your head, you have cancer.

Dont mess with the jingle bells that I sewed on by hand! You could hear me coming from the other room.

Santa needs a shave. Oh and....

I just like to smile. Smiling is my favorite.

It's a Christmas miracle.

The couple who wears a tree skirt together, stays together.
At least while they are wearing the tree skirt.

Joy to the world. The Lord is come.

Olan Mills. Circa 1981.

Drumroll please...

The first prize winner and wearer of the ugliest sweater of the night, DAD!

"The little lights aren't twinkling. I know, and thanks for noticing."
(This sweater had battery powered twinkling lights all throughout it. Not visible under a flash but mesmerizing in person.)

I'm a cotton-headed ninny-muggins.

Christmas clowns. Who knew?

How you doin'?

Ho ho ho!! I want your boots.

We elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns and syrup.

Welcome to our home.
What's left of it.

Every time a bell rings, and angel gets her wings.

No photo shoot is complete without the MK&AO shot.
Is it possible to be this adorable?

Most of the boys.

Most of the girls.

Christmas 2009 was one for the history books.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

I love it, I love it, I love it. I'm still giggling. DI, anyone?
That is too funny. Love yours and Steve's awesome sweaters. I also loved the ode to Olan Mills. I had to laugh. Glad you had a great Christmas.
Never in my life have I wanted to be a part of your family more. You went up 20 notches on my cool list. I'm oozing with envy.
HAHAHA, oh my gosh! the perfect thing for me to see today!!
I can't stop laughing at these! I love them!
I LOVE the National Lampoons Pose. My favorite part of the movie. Love it. You guys are awesome.
I LOVE these pictures! It's like this year's holiday Gap Ads gone wrong.
Thats so fun! looks like you all had a good time!
WOW All the kids look so much older! I saw them costumed at halloween but it was hard to tell really. I hope they are liking their new school! We miss you guys! Chloe still talks about your family all the time.
Such a cute idea... ya'll looked like you were having a blast! Wishing you and your family all the best in 2010!
KIERA!!!! That was pretty much the cutest, most fun and downright best photo shoot ever. Your family looks like the coolest of all fams and I just can't stop smiling over this.

Times like these in your pics is what life is all about. And you totally captured that. Wow. I am glad I get to know, even if just through this little computer screen.

Happy New Year!
