Yes We Can!

I honestly don't think I could be any happier. Barack Obama is a visionary and an inspired leader. We are in good hands...finally.

Comments:
yay! another mormon who realizes you don't have to just vote republican- because you actually have your own mind, to deduce your own decisions- i love my mo mo heritage and religion- but too too many lds people think you have to vote republican to pass the temple reccommend interview...

anyhoo- fun to see your blog again- its one of my very favorites

It was a fantastic speech wasn't it? I felt very hopeful for the future by the end of it. I thought McCain's speech was also very good and very gracious. I love the picture you posted.

Last night as we were watching his speech, I kept glancing at Levi, gauging his reacion. When he was done, I said, "So? Are you at all moved? Inspired?"

He said, "The whole time I was watching that, I kept thinking, That could be me. I could get up and deliver a speech like that. I could do that!"

To which I replied, "YES YOU CAN!!!" =D He wasn't as amused as you might be. =D

Kiera, I couldn't disagree with you more, but I do love YOU! *L*

Who drew that comic? It's perfect.

Oh baby boy, hope for our future. Doesn't it feel good to believe in your country again?

i adore your comic and i'm totally stealing it. i'm so glad to find more women out there who don't just vote like their significant other (although mine voted for obama...)! trust me, it means a lot to someone who is from a republican state that will NEVER in a million years go democratic!
